BB can you add veggies to this. im craving potato scones with corgettes i may have invented them CP
I don't see why not, cp. If you cook the veggies first, chop them into wee pieces, then add to the mashed tatties before kneading and shaping. It sounds yummy!
Fantastic i shall make them this weekend. you have no idea how excited i am. ive been dreaming about them!!!! CP
I just ate a monster one the size of me frying pan. I am waddling until further notice.
He he he he! Greedy-guts!
This sounds YUMMY! I have to make some mashed potatos so I can try this!
Have you tried sweet potatos in this recipe? I happen to have some leftover sweet potatos right now.....
I've never tried making them with sweet tatties, Nancyjane, but I'm sure it would work fine, just a different taste. Why don't you try it and come back and let us all know what they were like?
